Sunday I got up, had my breakfast, and just took it easy. Kofi and I talked about everything that had happened the previous day. I was wonder what time Alowdme would show up, for our workout together. I went ahead, and got things out of the equipment locker, and set things up. The weekend guards were on duty, and I had informed them that Alowdme would be there today, to workout.

When lunchtime came around, I joined Kofi and we had lunch together. Not long after we had finished, Alowdme showed up, and joined Kofi and I. He informed Kofi, that their uncle would be seeing government officials the next day. Their uncle would be using his influence, to work towards getting Kofi’s freedom. Their uncle was sure he could get Kofi released, and hopefully have all records destroyed.

Alowdme said their uncle, would have Kofi come live with him, and learn to help run his business. It seems their uncle has two daughters, who are married, and no longer live at home. He is hoping Kofi, can become like his son, and keep him company in his old age. Kofi said he would love that, and would be glad to leave all this behind,

A little later Alowdme and I started our workout, while Kofi watched. We tried to get Kofi involved, but he was not interested, said he would have enough hard work tomorrow. Alowdme and I did our usual workout, and I worked as his spotter on the heavier lifting. Kofi was surprised to see Alowdme, working as my spotter, since he was a guard.

We worked out, off and on, all afternoon, talking and discussing Kofi’s possible future. Both Alowdme and I were covered with sweat and dirt, since it was another warm day without a decent breeze.

When it was time for our evening meal, Alowdme said he would be joining us for dinner. The three of us cleaned up, and received our food from the servers. The two guards, standing by, were surprised to see Alowdme eating with Kofi and me. Alowdme came prepared today, and had brought eating utensils with him, so he didn’t have to use his fingers to eat.

After eating, the three of us went to take our showers. Kofi was unsure how to behave with Alowdme, and stood off while Alowdme got in the shower. Alowdme threw the sponge to me, and I started soaping and washing him. When I had fininished washing him, I help shower off the soap. The whole time Kofi just stood watching us, so I told him to get in the shower. When Kofi got in, I started soaping and washing him, and then showered off the soap. Kofi said he would love to be washed that way, all the time.

Alowdme dried and dressed, then told us he would see us tomorrow. After Alowdme had left, Kofi ask me what it was like to wash Alowdme’s body. I said I enjoyed doing it, that I was glad I could please him, and help him. I told Kofi, that I had enjoyed washing his body, and hoped it gave him pleasure. Kofi laughed and said, I had got him excited and aroused. I told him, that I had noticed his reaction, and had given him a stronger washing in his groan area. It was still early, and we had time before bed, so we sat around with the others. They had seen our workout from a distance, because the guards wouldn’t let them go watch. They were surprised how Alowdme had worked with me, and that he actually helped me. They had a hard time, with the fact that Alowdme had eaten with us, and had stayed and talked.

Finally it was time for bed, and we were taken for a shower, before bed. We are showered inorder to keep our bodies clean, so that we don’t develop infections and disease. When I knew the guards couldn’t see me, I grabbed Kofi’s cock and balls. I worked on him, trying to get him excited again, and it worked.
